Teams consist of 4 people.

Cost per Team: $50 (ENDS JAN. 13, 2022)

Set up and cooking will start on-site from 8-10 AM day of the event.

Teams may begin setting up the earliest at 7:30 AM

Chili must be ready for judging by 11:30 am.

Must prepare a minimum of 5 gallons of chili to ensure you have enough for judging & sampling.

All Teams are responsible to supply their cooking utensils, pots, burners, chili ingredients, etc.

Ingredients can be prepped, but NOT pre-cooked. Ingredients will be inspected before cooking.

Bring your (10x10) Tent and tables. Locations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You must eat your own chili in front of the event committee.

Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Cooks are to prepare chili in their assigned booth using propane/gas or charcoal grills/burner as their means of cooking. Propane/gas tanks must be secured to a fixed object with a chain. No bungee cords or ropes will be allowed to secure the propane/gas. No open wood fires NO EXCEPTIONS. Teams must have a fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag. NO generators are allowed.

There will be no parking allowed inside the cooking area. Designated parking will be provided.
