  • Teams consist of 4 people.

  • Cost per Team: $50 (ENDED)

  • Teams may begin setting up the early as 7:30 AM

  • Cooking will start on-site from 8-10 AM on the day of the event.

  • Chili must be ready by 11:30 am or before the start of the event.

  • All teams will receive event bands

  • Complementary Items provided by Equal Parts Brewing (TBA)

  • Cups and spoons for sampling

 

  •  Must prepare a minimum of 5 gallons of chili to ensure you have enough for judging & sampling for to duration of the cook-off.

  • All Teams are responsible to supply their cooking utensils, pots, burners, chili ingredients, etc.

  • Ingredients can be prepped, but NOT pre-cooked. Ingredients will be inspected before cooking.

  • Bring your own (10x10) Tent and tables. Locations are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • You must eat your own chili in front of the event committee.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

  • Cookers are to prepare chili in their assigned booth using propane/gas or charcoal grills/burners as their means of cooking. Propane/gas tanks must be secured to a fixed object with a chain. No bungee cords or ropes will be allowed to secure the propane/gas. No open wood fires NO EXCEPTIONS. Teams must have a fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag. NO generators are allowed.

  • There will be no parking allowed inside the cooking area. Designated parking will be provided.
