Teams may begin setting up the early as 7:30 AM

Cooking will start on-site from 8-10 AM on the day of the event.

Chili must be ready by 11:30 am or before the start of the event.

Must prepare a minimum of 5 gallons of chili to ensure you have enough for judging & sampling for to duration of the cook-off.

All Teams are responsible for supplying their cooking utensils, pots, burners, chili ingredients, etc.

Ingredients can be prepped, but NOT pre-cooked. Ingredients will be inspected before cooking.

NO FILLERS as rice, potatoes, macaroni, or similar ingredients are allowed (BEANS ARE ALLOWED)

Bring your own (10x10) Tent and tables. Locations are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You must eat your chili in front of the event committee.

Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Cookers are to prepare chili in their assigned booth using propane/gas or charcoal grills/burners as their means of cooking. Propane/gas tanks must be secured to a fixed object with a chain. No bungee cords or ropes will be allowed to secure the propane/gas. No open wood fires NO EXCEPTIONS. Teams must have a fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag. NO generators are allowed.

There will be no parking allowed inside the cooking area. Designated parking will be provided.
