Cook-Off Team Registration

  • Teams consist of 4 people. Cost per Team:  $50 (REGISTRATION ENDS JAN. 13, 2021)

  • Set up and cooking will start on-site from 8-10 AM day of the event.

  • Teams may begin setting up the earliest  at 7:30 AM

  • Chili must be ready for judging by 11:30 am.

Do Cook-Off Teams Get Anything?

  • All teams will receive event bands

  • 2 Fatboy fills donated by Holler Brewing!

  • Cups and spoons for sampling



Rules & Regulations

  •  Must prepare a minimum of 5 gallons of chili to ensure you have enough for judging & sampling.

  • All Teams are responsible to supply their cooking utensils, pots, burners, chili ingredients, etc.

  • Ingredients can be prepped, but NOT pre-cooked. Ingredients will be inspected before cooking.

  • Bring your (10x10) Tent and tables. Locations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • You must eat your own chili in front of the event committee.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

  • Cooks are to prepare chili in their assigned booth using propane/gas or charcoal grills/burner as their means of cooking. Propane/gas tanks must be secured to a fixed object with a chain. No bungee cords or ropes will be allowed to secure the propane/gas. No open wood fires NO EXCEPTIONS. Teams must have a fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag. NO generators are allowed.

  • There will be no parking allowed inside the cooking area. Designated parking will be provided.




Those attending the Cook-off must wear masks. You may lower your mask when sampling or drinking. Use social distancing and limit physical contact by maintaining at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and others as much as possible.  No more than 2 people are allowed to sample at the same time per tent. There will be taped indicators to more easily ensure that social distancing is met. Sanitizing stations will be provided. If you are feeling any of the symptoms or feel you have been exposed do not put others at risk. DO NOT ATTEND

**Mask must be worn by everyone for entry into the event. NO EXCEPTIONS**
