Teams may begin setting up as early as 7:30 AM

Cooking will start on site from 8-10 AM on the event day.

You must prepare a minimum of 5 gallons of chili to ensure you have enough for judging & sampling for the duration of the cook-off.

All Teams are responsible for supplying their cooking utensils, pots, burners, chili ingredients, etc.

Ingredients can be prepped, but NOT pre-cooked. Ingredients will be inspected before cooking.

FILLERS such as rice, potatoes, macaroni, or similar ingredients are not allowed (BEANS ARE ALLOWED)

Bring your own (10x10) Tent and tables. Locations are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You must eat your chili in front of the event committee.

Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Cookers are to prepare chili in their assigned booth using propane/gas or charcoal grills/burners as their means of cooking. Propane/gas tanks must be secured to a fixed object with a chain. No bungee cords or ropes will be allowed to secure the propane/gas. No open wood fires NO EXCEPTIONS. Teams must have a fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag. NO generators are allowed.
